Additional Information

KEDC has invested in two pre-designed buildings. Both options would allow the company to build according to its own efficiencies while reducing time of construction to allow for a more rapid opening schedule.  Construction documents are available for a 53,000 SF manufacutring facility.  Kilgore EDC has worked with local and regional developers on behalf of construction clients with experience in Kilgore.

The construction documents could save approximately three to four months in construction time.  In construction bidding dated February 2019, the cost of the exterior of the building was $3,166,836. The interior was designed with engineering/manufacturing as a target, and the interior finish-out cost was $1,405,321.  Total cost was $4,345,402 or $81.44 per square foot.  KEDC incentives may be used to lower the cost of a lease.

Lot sizes are available from 4 acres and up.
