To ensure that we continue to build on this success and meet the evolving needs of our customers, it has become imperative for us to expand our manufacturing capabilities. After careful consideration and analysis, we have decided to proceed with the previously announced establishment of a new facility, a strategic move that will propel us towards our growth objectives.

The investment of almost $100 million underscores a commitment to securing our position in the market and fostering sustained growth through 2030. Projections indicate promising outcomes, and we are confident in the viability and potential of this endeavor.

One of the key drivers behind this decision is the current limitation posed by the lack of available space in our existing U.S. factories and a desire for a southwest manufacturing site. In response to this challenge, we are moving forward with the establishment of a greenfield facility in Kilgore, TX.

Kilgore has been selected as the location for our new facility due to several compelling factors, including the availability of a skilled labor pool, strategic geographical location, ample land availability, and the support received from Kilgore’s Economic Development Council. The planned Kilgore facility will serve as a cornerstone in our expansion strategy, enabling us to produce all Camfil 5-Star products efficiently and effectively. Construction is slated to commence May 2024 and be completed late 2025.
