KEDC has invested in two pre-designed buildings as part of the Program. Both building options would allow the company to build according to its own efficiencies while reducing time of construction to allow for a more rapid opening schedule. Lots in Synergy Park are available for construction.
Construction Documents
One of the pre-designed buildings is a 53,000 SF manufacturing facility with a 25' ceiling. Construction documents are available for this facility, saving three to four months in construction time compared to other greenfield sites.

The Program has already been utilized by WAGNERTUNING, a German-based high-end automotive parts manufacturer. Contractors estimate this building will cost approximately $6 million, but those estimates are subject change depending on the construction timeline. KEDC has worked with local and regional developers on behalf of construction clients with experience in Kilgore.
