Crawford Earns Business Retention & Expansion Certification

Kilgore Economic Development Corporation (KEDC) Business Development Manager Sarah Crawford completed coursework to earn her Business Retention & Expansion Coordinator (BREC) certification. The holder of a BREC certification has demonstrated a working knowledge and application of BRE programs, showcasing the skills necessary to effectively operate a BRE program.
