Pamela DeCeault, a long-term resident of Kilgore, has been named to the Kilgore Economic Development Corporation (KEDC) Board of Directors. Appointed by the Kilgore City Council at their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 12th, DeCeault will start her first term on October 1, 2023.
